Some old footage from Kanye West pre-College Dropout in the studio with the likes of Ludacris, Pharrell, Juelz Santana, Memphis Bleek, Mos Def and of course Hov & Dame. In fact a lot of the clips here feature in his first video, “Through The Wire” including him rapping “Hey Mama” along with his late mother.
When he raps his verse from “Two Words” in front of Mos Def, you can hear how hungry ‘Ye was back then. I guess Jay-Z was right to put his money on him.
