Jay-Z: Where I’m From (Documentary)
Executively produced by the birthday boy himself, Life+Times follows Jay-Z and his crew in a 24 minute documentary that goes behind the scenes of his recent run of ”Live In Brooklyn” concerts that opened up the Barclays Center, the home of the Brooklyn Nets.
Always been a fan of the clips on this site, and this one is a good watch as it gives a rare insight into how Jay prepares for his shows. Also features some footage of when he took the New York subway to the last of the eight shows, including a conversation with an elderly Brooklyn resident who had to ask him what his name was!
Life+Times follow TDE on their tour during the run up to the release of Kendrick Lamar’s “good kid, m.A.A.d city”.
